How To Choose The Tennis Line That Suits You

Many people who play tennis do not give enough attention and respect to the tennis line du. Many tennis fans, they will spend a long time consulting you about tennis rackets, but after finally choosing a racket When they come down, they tend to carelessly choose the tennis line, but buy a tennis line casually and just put it on. What these tennis fans don’t understand is that when playing tennis, the line plays a role as important as a tennis racket.

·Line bed hardness: refers to how hard or soft the ball player feels when the racket is in contact with the ball. If the thread bed is particularly hard, golfers may feel like they are holding a wooden board while playing, while the thread bed is too soft and may feel like tortillas.

Rotation performance: This refers to how much the ball can spin the ball when hitting the ball. Durability: Generally speaking, this refers to the ball's resistance to play, whether the performance is maintained for a long time, whether it is easy to break. Many golfers care about this, so durability is a very important reference when choosing the line.

The hardness, rotation performance and durability of each kind of ball wire are different, and this is mainly determined by the material, diameter, internal structure of the wire and the tension of the wire.

Materials: At present, there are mainly four kinds of raw materials used to make the ball thread: natural sheep intestines (and beef intestines, etc.), nylon, polyester and aromatic wheels. Raw materials have a great influence on the hardness and durability of the wire bed, but generally have little effect on the rotation performance. The natural gut string is the softest ball, followed by nylon, and the ball is made of polyester and aramid fiber are relatively hard. For durability, the opposite is true: aramid fiber is the most durable, followed by polyester, nylon and sheep intestine. Among casual players, nylon strings are the most popular type.

Diameter: The outer packaging of the ball line generally has numbers indicating the thickness of the ball line. The larger the number, the thinner the line. The letter L after the number indicates that this line is thinner than the ball line of the same number. For example, the 16L ball line is thinner than the 16 ball line. The thickness of the tennis ball line varies from 15L to 19, but the 16 and 17 ball lines are currently the most common. The thickness of the ball wire has little effect on the hardness of the wire bed, but it has a great influence on the rotation performance and durability. The thinner the line, the more the ball will bite, and the more spins will occur. However, the thinner the ball line, the lower the durability. Internal structure: There are many types of internal structure of the ball wire, and this has a great influence on the hardness, rotation performance and durability of the wire bed. In the internal structure, there are two more extreme ones: one is a single fiber ball, that is, the entire ball is composed of one fiber; the other is a multi-fiber ball, the ball is composed of many fibers intertwined and combined Made. The greater the number of fibers used in the ball, the softer it is, but at the same time, the durability will be worse.

However, research has shown that although the strength performance will not change due to the wire specifications, the depth of the hitting ball will change with the hardness of the wire bed, which is mainly due to the different trajectory of the ball. This is actually easy to understand. After the ball leaves the line, the higher the trajectory, the farther the ball will fly at the same speed. The smaller the pulling force of the ball line, the softer and softer the line bed will be, which will cause the ball to fall deeper, and many people will mistakenly think that this is because the ball line gives more power. Therefore, instead of saying that the looser the more powerful, the tighter the control, the better. It is better to change to the looser and deeper points, and the tighter and shallower the points, the more correct and appropriate.
